What does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day for me looks like this:

Back-to-back meetings, sorting through countless emails, resolving escalations, discussing priorities with the team, and carving out time to pursue new clients.

Which aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?

I actually enjoy resolving escalations the most, strangely enough.

It’s where I feel I add real value, and that sense of meaningful impact is genuinely fulfilling.

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be? 

If I could try another job for a day, I’d attempt my husband’s CEO role. 

I’m both curious and scared—he makes it look easy, but I’d probably last until lunchtime before discovering a whole new level of admiration for him. 💕

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

When I’m not at work, I’m busy with my three favourite roles:

Being a mum to my cheeky son (which has basically turned me into a patience-powered superhero).

Being a wife, hanging out with my husband over a glass of bubbles is my happy place.

And third, my precious me-time, which is basically reading, playing tennis, and then playing more tennis because apparently that’s my personality now. 

Do you have any “hidden talents”?

Hidden talents? Oh, if I had any, they are so well-hidden that even I can’t find them. At my age, I feel like any talent I might’ve had would’ve already surfaced by now… and since nothing has shown up, those talents must be in witness protection. 😂
