5 Things Every Foreigner Needs to Know Before Setting Up A Business In Singapore

If not, one of the first things you’ll need to know is that your business will need to be registered with them in order to function in Singapore.

Now that you’ve got the basics down, read on for the next steps you need to take to kick start your business in Singapore.

1) Registered Filing Agent

First of all, you need the services of a Registered Filing Agent to submit the online business application on your behalf. This is a requirement from ACRA, and they will also be the ones who will process the transaction for you. A Registered Filing Agent can be a law firm, accounting firm, or a Corporate Secretarial firm.

2) Local Director
